When setting up a group category in the back-end, 2 of the mandatory custom fields "Group Type" and "Notification Type" are missing the "Appear during creation?" toggle option which exists for other mandatory custom fields such as news, discussions, videos.

I'm hoping it should be there and this can be fixed? I'd like to have toggle them off for the front-end creation - that way my super-admin can dictate their settings from the back-end.

It is not possible to hide this during the creation of groups unfortunately. This is a required and mandatory settings.

Ok... it just seemed different to the other mandatory custom fields for groups (news, videos, discussions, albums) all have that option which I'm using at the back-end but then hiding front-end so users don't get to change the default setting.

That's because these fields are required to determine which items are visible on the groups page.
