Group Cover Photos - can't change/save

For some reason, I cannot change cover photos for my Groups. It allows me to either upload an image or choose from existing photos, then I select "done" and it shows it updated but when you go back to the Group it remains unchanged. (not a cache issue) - see attached screenshot

** the screenshot also shows my ongoing, unsolved issue with duplicate photo albums

Thoughts?
I've checked in your site, I have no ideas why it generated duplicate album from that group in your site.

First, I've tried to remove all the duplicate album from the group, then I tried to re-upload again with this image (martial_arts_belt.png) into your group, it seems work fine and without create duplicate image album.

I see that you changed it but I still can't. I tried to change the cover photo in the group Hiking Forum under the Hiking Category and that won't change either ( it also has duplicate albums)

Hey Haki,

Yes, it seems like if these has duplicate album, then it will not work.

If you got the step how to replicate this duplicate album issue, you can share with us so we can look for this issue.

Because currently I try to upload another new photo under this group 'Hiking Forum' and it seems work fine and without duplicate album, then I switch to your default cover.

Anything on this topic? "Climbing Forum" (Land>Climbing) is the problem now. (duplicate albums as well)

How can you change them and I cant?

May i know do you know how to replicate this issue?

By the way, this is how I delete your duplicate album from backend https://yoursite.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=albums , first you have to see which album is show duplicated, then check the album id and delete it from backend, you can refer on my attached screenshot below how to check the album id.

I don't know how to emulate the problem. All I know is there are many groups with this problem and it keeps on happening. Anyone can create a group so it's hard to know.

Hey Haki,

Perhaps you can try create a new test group and upload cover and avatar in the group then see is it can replicate the issue?
