Group Category Layout: Sidebar 'Random Groups' shows ALL and pointless member data

MY TEST FRONT END GROUP CATEGORY PAGE: https://www.mysite.com/test

In the sidebar, the 'Random Members' is nicely constrained to a maximum number, but it seems the 'Random Groups' just shows everything - as you can see this is making it way too long... Should there be a setting to control this?

Also by each group it just says "Members" with the members icon.. this seems pointless.. I guess the intention was for it to show how many members in each group?
This is not really a bug because it needs to display all the groups within the category. Perhaps there should be a view all button to display everything. Will log this issue internally.

Aha I see. Yes in that case the title 'Random Groups' is also a little misleading - when viewed alongside the 'Random Members' which clearly just picks a few, the assumption is it should be doing the same.

I love your suggestion though of showing a few and using a 'View All' link... That would work great!
