Group Categories Following Backend Order

I noticed that there was a fix for this issue in today's update.

However, it did not correct the issue.
The category list order in the front end is not matching up with the category list order in the backend.

In the backend, I did press the "Save Order", but it did not correct the issue.

I believe, maybe, I am not doing something right?

May I know what ordering you want it to follow? I have compared your backend and frontend listing, both look the same. I took Eastern Africa as example:

Frontend: http://take.ms/dC0SH

Please advise.
