Can you ask your web hosting provide to change the Directory Permission to writable?

The two directories are set to 0755. Checked with siteground to confirm. Should work. The other thing is that I just moved this site from old hosting provider to siteground. It was running okay before. I wonder did something change when I move site. Just a thought.

It seems that my paths to my tmp and log files were incorrectly set in my config.php. It was changed and now my group avatar is working. Thank you for working on this. Consider this ticket closed.
