Can I have a group where paid user (belongs to a Joomla USer Group) are automatically subscribetrto an Easy Social group?

You can achieve this by assigning them on each profile types as you can see here http://take.ms/R0nMP

And when the membership expire they are kick off from the group.

But, it is not possible for you to achieve this currently.
