Since upgrading to 1.2.14 our admins no longer receive the group approval emails for user registration. What happened?
Hello TJ,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I seem can't replicate this issue with my local. Group admin still receive notification of user joining the group; open and closed group. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/MmKmWlYCA .

If this is not the issue can you please explain it more so that we are able to assist you on this issue much faster.
Please be advise.
Thanks.

I'm sorry. I mean the registration approval email that is sent to Super Users when a new registered user signs up for ES. The new user receives his Awaiting Approval email and the back-end shows Awaiting Approval, but the Admins are no longer getting notified.

I didn't mean to confuse with groups. Groups are working still.

Hello TJ,

I am sorry for the late reply and misunderstanding your issue earlier.

I have check with our developer and it seems like it is working correctly. Perhaps you can re-save the settings for "Send registration email to admin = Yes" in Components > EasySocial > Profile Types > (Select profile) > Registration (tab) > Send registration email to admin = yes .

If you encounter difficulties or this issue is still persist, can you provide us with backend access and ftp access as well so that we are able to assist you on this issue much faster.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Mohd,

Thank you for responding. That still did not work. We need to contact a couple of people before we give you access.

Also, we are wondering if your system will handle 1,000 concurrent users and what we would need for a server to do such a project.

Hello TJ,

I am sorry for the late reply.
Sorry for not being clear earlier. In order to re-save the settings, you need to click No and Yes again, so that the settings can get the value. It is a bug from our end and we already fix this and will be included in the next release. Thanks for informing us. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

To do this you can configure "Send registration email to admin = Yes" in Components > EasySocial > Profile Types > (Select profile) > Registration (tab) > Send registration email to admin = yes .

Regarding "we are wondering if your system will handle 1,000 concurrent users and what we would need for a server to do such a project." I believe our system are highly likely able to handle many users.

If you encounter difficulties or this issue is still persist, can you provide us with backend access and ftp access as well so that we are able to assist you on this issue much faster.

Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Thanks, Mohd Yasser.

Unfortunately that did not work. We'll have to wait for the bug fix.

Also, can you give me a list of companies that have a user base of 10,000+ users? If you cannot provide me with that information, can you connect me with sales?

Thanks,

TJ
