Group and Page video and audio uploads

I want to allow videos and audio in Groups and Pages but I do not want to allow uploads, I don't see where I can disable Audio and Video uploads . If I disable audio and video uploads in the main setting will this still allow video and audio sharing in Groups and Pages and not upload ?

Hello Jimmy,

It seems like there is a confusion for the option in categories ACL. Disallow video upload would still allowing user to share video link. I will add this in our issue tracker for this issue.

So they can share video links on the groups but the uploads will be disabled?
