I have checked your settings and it looks like you are using php mail under your Joomla Global Configuration http://take.ms/z8gSw. Often, mail providers like gmail / outlook doesn't like e-mail senders like php mail.

To get a better reputation for your e-mail deliverables, I would definitely suggest you to stick to a proper SMTP provider as gmail could then verify those and give it a better score for sure. You could try transactional e-mail providers like sendgrid or mailgun.

Alternatively, if your hosting provider provides e-mail services, create an e-mail account on your cpanel and set them up in your Joomla Global Configuration section.
