Global search-filter delete ERROR

If a normal user wants to delete a global-search filter, he ends up on the error page.

You are not allowed to delete this filter

1. call up advanced search
2. select global filter
3. try deleting a global filter
4. error page
Looks like there is a bug here as normal users should never see the edit button for global filters. I have added this into our issue tracker.
