users of the site can register either as an association or as a member of the site. And I would like to assign specific rights for the entire site, as joomla does with its users, but I ask the user to register by easysocial on which I created two registration forms: Association or Member.
So I wanted to know if we can do the same thing with easysocial, and how do we do it?

Thanks for the information. Currently Easysocial dont have that kind of right as Joomla did and we cannot configure them as we only can restrict user based on ACL(provided on my previous reply) only.

But you do can assign which Joomla groups that particular user can be in with as you can see here http://take.ms/BOViu. You can configure them accordingly.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.
