Giphy not working

Hi... I'm trying to activate Giphy for the first time... I've followed the guidance at https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/hows-to/how-to-integrate-giphy-with-easysocial but all I get is a spinning wheel when I click the GIF button front-end.

Is this a known problem?
(I am building a replacement site in a sub-folder /canew at the moment so my usual site login isn't where I am working at the moment)

Can you paste the API Key into your API Key of GIPHY settings at your usual site http://www.caymanactive.com and see if this happens the same?

If yes, you can remain the API Key on your usual site and I give it a check there.

If no and it is only happen on your sub site, can you provide us with its backend access and FTP access so that I can have a better check of it?

NOTE: Make sure there is no spacing on the API Key setting.

Ah yes - didn't think of that... perfect... yep at root level where the domain is it works perfectly fine. So this is ok - when I migrate the new site out of the subfolder all will be well. Thanks!
