On upload, the GIF loads the third frame and is static, it does not animate.
May be your servers, is there a way to process on our own system?
It seems like you provided that site login credentials no longer work, can you check your configuration setting whether you have enabled this from the backend > Easysocial > setting > photos > Allow Animated Gif Processing?
You can update your correct site backend and FTP login credentials on the first post if the gif photo still doesn't show animation after enabling the setting.
