Hi,
A while ago, Getty announced a solution that allows online editors to publish an embedded picture from their catalog into articles FREE of charge. This is quite amazing for small medias like ours.
This works fine with the HTML block and actually even generates the cover image if this is the first image in the blog. Nice!
However, this doesn't generate an OG image tag since it,s embedded ...
Is there a work around for this ?
Thanks
Danny
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Currently how the og:image tag retrieve the image link from the post, the system will check if the blog have post cover or any image on the blog content.

By the way, it should retrieve the first image URL into og:image tag, can you provide us one of the blog post URL which included the embedded image, so I can check on this directly.

You're welcome.

Hm, I've checked the image code from that blog entry page, but it seems like that image is generated in iframe and the image thumbnail type is not consider as image correct format.

I believe Facebook only accept this kind of image type format : .jpg | .gif | .jpeg | .png and etc.

Thanks
