Hi there Chris,

It it possible that you have enabled the option "Enable Callback Locking" in the Twitter app? This actually might caused the authorization to fail.

In case that the issue still persists, can you provide us with your Twitter access? It will enable us to tackle the issue more quickly. You can add the information needed on Site Detail under Additional Information , so that it will only visible by our support staff

We are having another issue though on the same site, where it won't let us save and close the blog posts.

Hi there Chris,

I have tried to replicate this issue on your site, seems like I cannot reproduce it. It works fine for me. Can you please advise?
