hi SI Team

I have installed the following

Pay Plans Menu Access App

PayPlans-Menu Access Plugin (automatically)

I have created 2 instant of the Menu-Access App.

And am currently testing for the Group:

https://www.finalbug.net/groups-learn-post-production-socially-fcpx-and-more/38-fcpx-browser-mastery

The Group is Open.

I have set up menus using the Joomla Menu Manager which appear in the instant of the Men Access App in the back end.

I am applying it to a selected plan in this case “Final Cut Pro 201.X BM”

In the front end I am still seeing the menus

I am missing something really obvious.

kindly advise

Paul
Hello,

If you don't want to show restricted menu if user don't have specific plans then in Menu Access plugin configuration you need to set Show Menus to No.
I've already did it, now menus will show only if user have subscribed to required plan.
see attached screenshot.

Update me if you have any query or correct me if i misunderstood.

hi Manisha

Ahhhhh ok so it is about hiding the menus and not preventing access to them.

What I still do not get is:

As instructed here:

https://stackideas.com/forums/easysocial-profile-type-which-case-do-i-need#reply-423543

According to your scenario option (a) will be used. You need to create menu link for each Easysocial Group and then restrict them using Payplans Menu Access app.

Where a is:

a) Open ES Group and any one can join it. And it does not require approval to join.

And then going here:

https://www.finalbug.net/groups-learn-post-production-socially-fcpx-and-more

I can still access the menus for the "FCPX Browser Mastery 201.X" Group from the Groups page

eg

https://www.finalbug.net/groups-learn-post-production-socially-fcpx-and-more/38-fcpx-browser-mastery

kindly advise

Paul

Hello Paul,

I checked your site . In my previous reply i told you that You need to create Es group Menu items.
Don't create menu link of url type (because requested url and menu link url both are changed in this way, that's why it's not working.). You need to create menu link of Es Single Group layout.
See attached screen shot.

You need to create menu link Es Group type then retrict them using Menu Access app.
I have setup one test menu ES Group on your site.

Please take a look on this and update me if you need any help on this.
Update me.
