Hi SI Team

I am using Projectfork to manage my Site.
https://projectfork.net/
They have a whole bunch of modules that you can get to display on your Site e.g. Gantt chart etc. I have no idea how this works but they have there own module positions!!!

eg

"pf-dashboard-top"

See this link here:

https://projectfork.net/docs/24-gantt-chart/58-installation

My question is this. Is there anything in the Wanders template that would prevent me from positioning the Gantt chart at "pf-dashboard-top" The module should be showing up in a similar position to position-2 in the Wanders template!

The weird thing is that if I try and publish the Gantt chart to the standard Wanders position-2 it does not show up either.

The best that I can do as of now is publish it to Position 7 where it shows without content!

I am also posting at Projectfork with a view to getting to the bottom of this. I had this working before so I am pretty sure that it is possible. Just trying to figure out how!

Ideally I would like it to display similar too the screen shot below!

thanks in advance

Paul
Hello Paul,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I believe the module position "pf-dashboard-top" is only applicable to views within Projectfork itself. The wanderers template does not restrict any modules from showing up.

Hi Mark

OK, so it sounds more like a Projectfork problem.

thanks Paul

Hello Paul,

I believe so but check with them first and see what they have to say about your issue

Hi Mark

here is the outcome:

hey @paurray
It appears that your template loads a number of jquery instances and the one that loads at the very end of the page was causing the problem.

I have backed up your template's index.php file (I called it index_orig.php) and have made a small modification to not load the additional jquery and bootstrap files when you are in projectfork pages.

I also assigned the gantt chart to the pf-projectfork-top position instead of the position-7 position so that I could get a better look. Feel free to re-assign to another position as you see fit.

take a look and let me know how it goes.

I will attach the relevant edited file. I guess this is another of these files that I will have to update manualy in the future. I need a Gantt chart now to manage my updates...

thanks

Paul

ps Gantt chart beginning to take form please see screen shot
