Getting logged out on mobile

Hi

A couple of my members keep getting logged out when using on mobile.

Is there a setting for keeping them logged in and would them being logged in on multiple devices (eg phone & tablet) cause any issues?

Hey Michelle,

I don't think having multiple logged in sessions with a single account would cause them to be logged out. Just tested this with 2 different browser logged in with the same user but never got logged out. Perhaps you can try to increase the session life time in Joomla's Global Configuration area?

Um, done that to 60 minutes but still having a problem, have an idea it might be an iphone/add to homescreen issue so will keep testing.
