Sir,

We use EasyBlog in our website http://www.manasikarogyam.com . The titles and previews appear in the blog view without any problem (http://www.manasikarogyam.com/index.php/articles). However, once we click on the read more link and move to any single article, we get an Internal server error (See http://www.manasikarogyam.com/index.php/articles-2/schizophrenia_malayalam for example). I also get the same error when I visit the ACL page in the back end.

I had recently changed the database prefix using Admin Tools. I don't know if that has led to this problem.

Kindly suggest a solution.

Thanks in advance
Hello Shahul Ameen,

Sorry for late reply to this,
I have checked in your backend site, it seems like your Easyblog categories module already out of date (v3.5), so i help you update that module version to v3.9.1, that ACL and your blog post is works fine now. Hope this help.

Hello Shahul,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

By the way, it looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

Thank you for understanding.

Thanks, Mark for the prompt response.
I renewed the subscription, and updated EasyBlog in the site. The problem still persists.
I have included FTP and back end details in the corresponding fields.

Hello,

i tried to access to the back end of your site via the normal /administrator/ path but it seems to be redirecting me back to http://www.manasikarogyam.com/not_found . Can you please advise?

Oops!! Extremely sorry about the omission. Actually, my admin URL has been modified by one of the security add ons I installed. I am pasting the link at the site url field below.
