you can create an exception for easyblog in the WAF inside admin tools with the following details:

component: com_easyblog
view: (leave empty)
query parameter: path

after saving try to upload a pic again. if you still have problems after setting the exception you can provide us your site details / ftp access here so we can check this issue directly at your end.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have tried to upload to your site and it seems to be working fine as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/wsLX0rbN . I believe you are hitting errors probably because you are accessing your site with the www prefix and in your Joomla configuration.php file, I believe you have set the live_site property to the site without the www prefix.
