Hello ES support,

i am trying to update my ES installation. Since it is a major release, installation through network is avoided (this is what the plateform says).
I have this error while i try to update with th launcher:

"Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team."

Hm, this is really odd because I just tried to update your site and it worked fine, http://take.ms/JJObE . By the way, just in case the browser is caching the css files, can you try to purge your browser's cache?

Hi there,

It seems that i cant access your backend using given access credentials as you can see here http://take.ms/vwQp6. Maybe you can try to download those installer on your dashboard and manually install them on your site.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Hello Warith,

I have corrected the credentials, you access the backend now.
As i said in my fisrt message, i got error while using the installer (i downloaded) ...
