Getting Error while installing Payplans on localhost

Hello,
I am getting an error on installing Payplans on my localhost website. I am getting the following error.

COM_PPINSTALLER_CREDENTIAL_ERROR_CODE_

Please fix this error asap or let me know the steps to fix this error. I would like to setup Payplans on my localhost website.
Hello Ajay,

I have tried to check this issue on my local but it working fine , didn't get this issue.

Let me know it's fresh installation or you are upgrading from older version.
If from older version let me know which version, so i'll be able to check this issue.
Are you using correct installer kit for payplans 3.6.3, see attached screen shot.

Update me.
