Getting Error while installing Payplans 3.5.5

After downloading 3.5.5 and installing , it says "Error! While processing task: download"
What should I do?

Are you upgrading from an older version or is this a new installation of PayPlans?

Hello,

Payplans 3.5.5 installer is used when you upgrade from older version of Payplans, As it's fresh installation then you need to use Payplans 3..6.3 installer.

I've already helped you to install Payplans at your site. Please take a look on this and update us if you are facing any issue.
