Hello Parth Lawate,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Actually that was known issues, if you have Admin Tools installed, you have to add this restriction for "com_easyblog" in WAF configuration in Admin Tool.

To fix this, go to your backend > Access admin tools > Click on Web Application Firewall > click on Configure WAF > Click NEW > add "com_easyblog" -> http://screencast.com/t/Vrr7JToA2ml

By the way, I've checked in your site, it seems like your Admin Tool do not have "WAF configuration", can you consult with Admin Tool developer regarding this?

Hello Parth,

It seems like when the first ajax call to fetch the image from your media manager, it will display as broken. But when I try to click the image, the image appear with the original image source. I suspect it because of your staging site that sometimes prevent some of the ajax call to be executed. Try to move your site into live site and see if the problem still persist.

Hello Parth,

We are not changing anything on your staging site before. Perhaps you might want to check your Admin Tools and add the WAF exception for 'com_easyblog' and clear the cache afterwards?

If the problem still persist, perhaps you can consider to provide us with your live site joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly.

Hello Parth Lawate,

Sorry for late reply to this,

Unfortunately that was not possible to provide the skype id for you.

Unless you can provide us with your live site Joomla backend access.

But you can try open the browser developer console tool when you trying to upload the image from your live site Easyblog media manager and check what error you hitting.
