Getting an odd error when I try and post

I tried to comment to a thread and got this error.

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

If I just reply to the message it posts just fine.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
I have tried to login in your frontend, but it seems like you provided that login credential is not working.
Also, can you provide us with your Joomla backend URL as well? Please advise.

Sorry, I have some help running this site and they are trying to keep it secure. I have reset your login and you can use the normal link to get to the admin side.

One of our users says he still gets emails even though he has shut this off. Is there an override parameter that I may have set causing this?
