Hi There,

After upgrading to v1.3.20, I'm getting this error:

Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to JInput::getArray() must be an array, none given, called in /public_html/administrator/components/com_easysocial/views/users/view.html.php on line 455 and defined in /public_html/libraries/joomla/application/input.php on line 166

Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: JLoader::$classes in /public_html/libraries/loader.php on line 195

when clicking on any User to see their details.

Thanks,

Jackson
Hi Jackson,

It seems like you're using J2.5. This is a known issue for J2.5 user which is just a compatibility issue.
I have helped you fix this issue on your site. Can you check it for me is there anywhere else hit this issue?

Please advise.

Hi Mark,

Yes, I am getting a whitescreen. I enabled the error reporting that's where I saw that error. I am actually on it right now.

I also tried the fix in http://stackideas.com/forums/bug-can-see-full-user-profiles-in-backend-of-joomla-blank-screen but it's not working. I just reverted the file back.

Hello Jackson,

Can you please provide us with the account that is able to reproduce this error? Take a look at the screen shot here when I am viewing my own profile, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-11_1015.png . It seems to work fine.

Mark,

You are looking at it in the front end, sorry I was not specific. Please try it out in the backend and it's happening for all users.

Thanks,

Jackson

Hi Mohd,

Thanks for fixing the issue Unfortunately, yes we're still using J2.5 but I'm working on upgrading the site to J3.4. It's just going to take some time since we have tons of content.

Anyways, so far that's what I found, will surely report when I found another issue.

Thanks again for the fix

Jackson
