Getting 500 while upgrading easydiscuss

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade ED on a server where I am getting 500 error on downloading step of installation.
I was able to upgrade it on local machine and not sure why this is causing problem on other instance. Similar thing had happened last month with ES.

Could you please help with this?

I am trying to upgrade it at dev-community.ekste.in.. It's a development site for the registered domain

Hi Himangi,

I have successfully upgraded your EasyDiscuss. It is working fine now. Apparently your database were missing some columns in certain tables, I have already fixed those for you. Check it out and let me know, thanks.

How did you fix the database? I might have todo it for the production site too, when I upgrade extension there..

Hi Himangi,

We can't really say how for sure because you may be hitting different errors. We have to see the exact sql error being displayed first before we can share the proper sql query to execute. Hope you understand, thanks.
