I noticed that you have configured EasyDiscuss to send e-mails on page load and this is one of the common reasons that causes duplicate e-mails. I have turned this off for you now.

Also, did you setup a cronjob for your site? If so, what is the interval?

But language override issue still remains.

What do you mean by language overrides? What overrides have you performed on the site and how can I test / reproduce this?

I have added Languages: Overrides for email subject and content it was working fine .
from yesterday night its not working (means its displaying the default values rather that the customised one. )

I had changed the font size in the email templates that is also not working.

Just now found out that emails to admin are working fine as expected with all Languages: Overrides and customised template.

But the emails which User are receiving is the issue(all default Languages and template customised not reflecting) .

Hi Imran,
May I know whether you are using the backend to approve and create new posts? If yes, then you have to create the same language overrides for email templates in the backend too(http://take.ms/3v5mK).

For template overrides, it seems backend actions does not trigger those overrides that's why the font size override in the theme file does not work. We have fixed this internally so you can download the attached file below and apply it into the following directory, Then see how it goes.
