What i understand from your requirement as
1. is it you want something like when the user subscribe one of the plan on the site then they can able to read all the online article?
2. Or you want something like allow user to read introtext, if they want to read all , then it required user to subscribe to the plan.

Please explain your requirement in more details, so i'll check it further.

Currently there in no such functionality to restrict blog reading. It can be possible by doing custom plugin.
