Thanks for the very quick reply but this wasn't what I was looking for..
If I remove that code it just removes the words " no activity's etc "

What I really want is to show all my events, photos and articles no matter how long ago I did/update something to the site.

Hope I made it clearer for you this time...
If this isn't possible no worry s than I need to get more users quick and update more often..

I believe Easysocial will get the items regardless how long you didn't update as long as the item is in the stream table here: http://screencast.com/t/WCOw9HjQ
