Get sent to a 404 page when saving a post.

Hello!
We're getting some issues when we're saving a post on our site.
Whenever we add a cover image to a post and try to save we get redirected to a 404 page not found page - and I have tried everything to fix it but it seems that I cannot.

Tried them and it seems to works fine as you can see here http://take.ms/FkWpO. Upload cover photos on the blog post also.

Maybe im missing steps when creating them currently. Can you provide us with more details on how to replicate them on your end? Maybe provide us with that image so that we can further check them.

Please advice.
