May i know do you want to auto generate a stream item in your Easysocial user dashboard when someone create a new article on the site?

If yes, you can disable this setting from backend > extension > plugin manager > search for 'Content - EasySocial' > Display Author Box - NO .

If no, you can disable this plugin 'Display Author Box' directly.
