Get Post's Date URL

I'd like to have the date have a URL to whatever it's showing, it'll load a new page with search results of that related date. How would I go about doing this?



So the URL I'd be trying to grab with this example would be:

/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=calendar&year=2016&month=05&day=10
Since you could get the "date" object on the theme file, you could construct your own link I am assuming that this is the "listing" view yeah?
