Get Error 0 if I attempt to approve an already approved post via email

If more than one moderator gets an email notification that a discussion is pending moderation and one moderator approves the post, then if another moderator attempts to approve the post this error appears:

0
Error: 0

DiscussHashKeys::bind(*NULL*)

How do I fix that?

Hello Dom,

Please replace the attached file in: ../components/com_easydiscuss/controllers/posts.php. This will show the message you have stated before. And I've also modify the file if the post is already rejected by another moderator.

Hello Dom,

Please replace the attached file in: ../administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/tables/hashkeys.php and see how it goes. If it doesn't work, you can provide us your backend and FTP access.

This is an improvement! Instead of going to a nasty error page, we now go to the proper page with an error message. Thanks!

But we are not quite there yet. Is there a way for Easy Discuss to know that the discussion was already approved and tell any other approvers that?

So, instead of saying "Not Allowed Here" the error message could be something like "This topic has already been approved by another moderator".....See the attachment for what I am getting now.
