Is there any route (URL) to list all of featured posts in EasyDiscuss? If yes is there feed for that list?

You can append this at the end of your recent posts SEF url to display featured posts only: ?filter=featured
If you want to use a proper menu item, you can create the frontpage menu item and filter by featured posts only.
