German language

after update to Version 3.9.15245 I recognize just now in front of blog there is the english langugae. Going through the forum I donot find assistance for change. Where can I alter this? Handbook also do not help. Before we had the german front language.
PS: in handbook.pdf ther is a plugin "Article Duplication Plugin" it would be good for us, but do not find th download for this

I believe the language strings are not in sync yet but I have synchronized it now. I will let the translators know about this

Hello Peter,

You can download it from http://stackideas.com/downloads/plugins/easyblog but I really wouldn't reckon you to do that because when both the article and blog is visible to Google, they are considered as redundant and duplicate. You'll lose score.
