General options missing

In one of my user's new post window, I don't see all of the options in the General sidebar that I see in other user's EasyBlog installations.

I only see the password field and Notify Subscribers.

Is there a setting that needs to be changed? I cannot find one anywhere

I can't access your site backend, it keep redirecting me back to your site homepage, can you try check my attached screenshot below and see those setting is enabled?
