Function to allow site admin to change the term "friend(s)" site wide via admin panel

I would like to see a function to allow site admins to easily change the word "friend" to any desired term globally via the administration panel.
I realize it can be done manually via language files and what not but it would be very tedious for many. It would be great for those of us who do not want to use the word "friend" and instead use something like partner, contact, associate, etc. Please consider this for a future update. Thank you.

To put this in the settings might not seem viable (as we are trying to control the amount of settings we have) and as such, as of now, the only way that we recommend is through language strings.

What you can do is to open the language strings file in a text editor, and perform a mass replace/
