I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Unfortunately right now it doesn't share the full size image because the full size image at times could be really huge and I don't think Facebook likes this and it would be slow too!

Not that I need this, but figured I would chime in. Why not have it check against a specified image size (3-5 megabytes) that the admin cannot change unless they manually edit the file? This method would allow the original to be pulled if it's not too big, and then if it is have the current method as a fall back method.

this could prevent with a image upload resizing option for images ... no crazy 5mb or up image files to share and problem solved.
this is already a feature request for ES!
