Sorry for late reply to this,
I have checked in your site, it seems like you already disable that Joomla fullname custom field in your mini registration, check my screenshot below.

By the way, regarding the Joomla restriction, the Joomla fullname must be display on mini registration if you using quick registration in Easysocial.

If you wouldn't like to use quick registration, you can disable it from your backend Easysocial setting, check my 2 screenshot below.
