I was trying to update from 3.9.22295 to 3.9.24862 and the installation froze at 10%. Now the Blog is not accessible. How can I fix this update without loosing my Easyblog current data? Thanks.
Hi Desmond,

May I know did you perform the update via easyblog updater? Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?

Also may I know which easyblog version that you want to use on your site? Our latest version currently is version 5.0.18 as you can see from your dashboard here, http://stackideas.com/dashboard

Please advise.

Yes I was prompted to update via the EasyBlog updater from:

Installed version: 3.9.22295
to
Latest available version: 3.9.24862

It froze during update at 10% and now I can't access my Blog at all. Please help ASAP.

Hi Desmond,

The provided joomla credentials is now working correctly but as you said I am not able to access your admin area due to some error generated by easyblog. Can you provide us with FTP access as well?

It appears Mark with support is working on this as well. The problem is EasyBlog 5 completely threw off my layout and custom CSS changes. I just wanted to stick with the 3.9 version for now until this issues get worked out for a smooth transition. Let me see if Mark can get this resolved. Thank you for your help.
