I'm disappointed in how this is being handled and hope it does not continue.

Customers are not made aware reading through your pricing or new blog announcement that Frosty is not included in all packages.

If it is being used to show a product, then it needs to be made clear.

It is deceptive sales practice and advertising to do so.

I am really sorry to hear this and I must admit that we haven't updated our pricing plans etc yet because on our first release of EasySocial, it only included 1 theme even if it is Pro / Starter / Unlimited. However, since we have added this in 1.2, we restricted this to the Professional and Unlimited plan. Since you are one of the early adopters and I really respected you for picking up EasySocial even on it's early stage, perhaps you can write to us at https://crm.stackideas.com and I will try to see if I can do anything for you here?
