I attempted it by replacing the toolbar files in frosty with the wireframe ones. It did work however it was very buggy (mobile) and the look and feel was a bit off. Also if template overrides are not used, its quite a big job to change over the files and clean up the css every upgrade Maybe the team can include an toolbar "style" option in their themes.

That would be great. Even too much good to be true.

Thanks for the heads up on this but unfortunately there's no easy work around for this yet currently
