Hi
I just upgraded to Version 5. Now, I wrote my first posting and everything looked fine in the editor. When I saved it, the version displayed on the frontpage does not show neither picture nor link. When I click on the title, everything looks fine. I would like to have the link and the pic on the frontpage. Probably some setting, but I cannot find it.
Hey Simone,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?

Also may i know which post are you referring to?

Thanks for your quick answer. I am referring to the latest post, so "India pictures". Thanks

Hey Simone,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Ideally, you should be using the "post cover" instead of expecting the system to find images in the content as this would normally produce unwanted results. Nevertheless, there seems to be an issue when dealing with nested blocks, and I have fixed this for you on the site.

Sorry, I was out of the country for some time. Thanks for fixing the picture, but the link still does not appear on the frontpage. Still talking about the same posting. Can you help again? Cheers, Simone

Hi Simone,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems like the issue is due to the truncation for frontpage blog listing on your site. When the truncation is enabled, it will automatically strip all the unnecessary tags on your frontpage view. We are still investigating on the issue and will get back to you once we have found a valid solution for this.
