1. If you are using "Editor - TinyMCE", you can use "Readmore" as shown http://prntscr.com/c68eic to limit which line of words to be shown at frontpage.
2. If you are using "built in - Easyblog Composer", you can use "Readmore block" by adding blocks as shown http://prntscr.com/c68gfi and then go to misc>readmore and put at your desired line to be shown.
3. Or you can utilize the "Truncation option" at Backend>Components>EasyBlog>Settings>Layout>Truncation as shown http://prntscr.com/c68dng
