FrontPage Error when using LogIn Module after Upgrade

I noticed after upgrade my frontpage has an error "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SocialFieldsUserMultilist"...

However I have narrowed it down. It only occurs when "Showfacebook login" option is enabled on either LoginBox or Login. Registration button on LogIn box also doesnt work...it goes to a blank page.

Sorry I just received this email....I installed version 1.2 and it fixed the problem !!
