I will try to be more specific.

Fx. I have three blog categories: A, B and C.

On my blog front page I always want to show blog entries from first category A and then secondary blog entries from category B and C. – I want to show entries from all three blogs. But I want category A to always be on top of my list.

Is this possible?

Sorry for late reply to this,
Unfortunately that was not possible, but what my suggestion is you can set your categories A blog post as features post, then all the features blog post will display on top list first. Hope this help.
