Hello,

I'm having problem in frontpage login.

Little introduction:

I installed EasyBlog few months ago and all worked well.

Now after a couple of Joomla update up to 3.4.2 I'm not able anymore to login via frontpage (I realized that because a user notified me that he could not login anymore).

I thought it was a Easyblog issue since I got a debugging error "Notice: Undefined index: 3.4 in your-website/components/com_easyblog/helpers/helper.php on line 1621".

So I upgraded easyblog to the very latest version since I read on the forum that upgrading would have solved that problem.

But I'm still unable to login via frontpage (either I can't login with admin account - Backend login works well).

I got no error: it simply does not display any error but the user does not login.

Can you help me?

I can provide on request admin access

Thanks
Hey Rossella,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have tried to login to your site on the front end and it seems to be working fine for me. Not really sure how to reproduce this issue, can you please advise?

Hello,

thanks for your quick reply.

Yes now I understood: the problem was caused by the bloody cookieEU banner. The user (as well as I did but I did not realized) refused the cookie so the authentication failed.

Anyway your intervention was effective because when you managed to authenticate and I could not, that made me realize that it could be the evil cookie-EU

Thanks
