In the Toolbar you display icons and when pointing the meaning of the icon. Can I change it such that a Text Button can appear Like NEW POST and take my bloggers to the new blog post function? We have an older crowd and the toolbar cannot seem the choice of icon, text or both? Hope you have a solution. I also did not find a module to make a new blog post, just a quick post. Will there be a module for this soon?
Hello Abraham,

Perhaps you might want to consider creating a menu item on your site that links to the composer instead? It would make your interface look much cleaner I think.

Hi there,

Somehow on your site, at this path .../components/com_easyblog/views/composer/metadata.xml, somehow have set it to be hidden. I have renamed it and it should shown as it should now. Those prompted menu items by my colleague above are this menu item http://take.ms/I4ZFkO.

Please give it a try and see how it goes

I would like the feature to show button NEW POST like you do in the backend. Can this option be added to the front-end and controlled by the parameters for the Toolbar? Most appreciated.

Hello Abraham,

Do you mean the icon that appears on the bottom right of the screen? Unfortunately right now we do not have such tools for EasyBlog but we do intend to add them in the future just like how we did for EasyArticles
