Hi,

Something that has been annoying me since I installed EasyBlog is that the front end editor doesn't seem to work. I can click on the edit button to bring up the edit tool for an article from the front end and I can change text and edit everything in the post, BUT if I then click on the "UPDATE POST" button (or any of the other buttons) nothing happens.

I can open up a new tab in the same browser, go into the backend, bring up the post and edit and save it to my hearts content and it all works fine, but it just doesn't let me edit and update articles in the front end ... which is sort of one of the key advantages of your product.

Any reason why this might happen? I am using the latest version of EasyBlog, on the latest version of Chrome on a PC.
Hey John,

I've tried but unable to replicate the same issue.
Can you provide us with the steps to replicate the same.

Ah yes, I just realised the front end editing does work for articles that are written in EasyBlog, but it isn't working for articles which I imported, so for example I just went to fix a broken link on this page form the front end

https://www.tassietrails.org/about/adventures/hollybank-mountain-bike-park

and the Update button won't work.

To get to this page, I did a search on Ahrefs for broken links, logged into my tassietrails website form the front end (so I could edit) and then clicked on the edit button on the page. If you then click on the update button after making any changes, the usual drop down doesn't appear to allow you to update changes.
